How we get paid

You choose - We will charge no fee and get paid commission from the lender or a fee of 3% of the mortgage amount is payable upon completion. We will refund any commission received from the lender. For example if the mortgage is £100,000 we will charge a fee of £3000 but will refund any commission received from the lender

Email communications are not secure. For this reason Town and Country Mortgages cannot guarantee the security of the email or its content or that it will remain virus free once sent
